Free Shipping Eligibility
Free shipping is automatically applied to all domestic orders valued above $100USD. Free shipping is automatically applied to all Canadian orders valued above $150USD.
Delivery
Our Little Secret Boutique operates within the USA. We supply to customers all throughout the USA and to almost all other international regions. If you wish to purchase from a region outside of the USA that is not allowed via the checkout process please contact us via email at customerservice@shopourlittlesecret.com. All items are shipped via USPS Priority mail which averages 2-5 business days.
Delivery Charges
Free shipping on domestic orders over $100USD. Otherwise standard delivery fees are $5.99 on domestic orders. Shipping to Canada is free on orders over $150USD, otherwise standard delivery fees to Canada are $10.99. International shipping fees to all other supported regions are $12.99USD, unless otherwise noted. Our Little Secret Boutique holds the right to charge additional fees on International orders if needed after contacting the buyer.

Returns and Replacements
If within 10 days of delivery receipt of your order you are unhappy with your purchase we will attempt to reasonably put the matter right either by means of Credit-Refund or Exchange. We will accept any item(s) you are unhappy about subject to the condition of the item – all items must be returned in original packaging and in new condition. Goods must be unworn and returned in the original packaging with all labels and tags still intact/affixed. Goods must be in a resalable condition (Our Little Secret Boutique holds the right to charge a fee to replace product(s) or product packaging which is damaged or defaced). If you wish to make a return you must first inform us by submitting an RMA through the site login area or emailing us within 10 days of receiving your order. The goods should be returned back to us and the cost of both inward and outward delivery will need to be met by you. We highly recommend goods be sent back on a recorded insured delivery service and packaged in a secure/adequate manner as we cannot be liable for their loss or damage while in transit. All returned goods must be marked ‘Returns’ and sent back to the return address provided below.
Note: All items marked: final sale, non-returnable, etc. cannot be returned.
Defective Returns
All damaged item(s) must be reported within 2 days of delivery receipt. In this case, goods must be unused and returned in the original packaging will all labels and tags still intact/affixed. All monies including the original cost of delivery are refunding if the goods are received in damaged condition and not exchanged. We highly recommend goods be sent back on a recorded insured delivery service and packaged in a secure/adequate manner as we cannot be liable for their loss or damage while in transit. You must inform us by email or RMA if you wish to return the good(s) for credit or exchange prior to return and within 2 days of receipt. All returned goods must be marked 'Returns' and sent back to the return address provided below.
